Terms of Use

• You must be 18 or older, or use the service on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent.
• You are responsible for protecting access to your account (your phone number, your email, or the Google or Facebook account you linked).
• One account opens every OBT product your business subscribes to.
• If you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission, tell us immediately.

Subscriptions, integrations and data belong to the business, not the person. The business owner or an admin can add and remove members, and a member can access the business's data according to their role. When a member is removed, their access ends and the business's data stays with the business.

• When you connect Facebook, Instagram or Google, you authorize us to act on your behalf within the limits you approved — publishing, reading ad data, receiving leads, depending on the product.
• You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page, and we delete the access tokens we hold.
• Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms as well — we are not responsible for their decisions (suspending a page, rejecting an ad, changing a policy).

You may not use the service for:

• Anything unlawful, or anything that infringes the rights of others.
• Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or misleading or abusive content.
• Attempting to breach the service or to access a business's data that isn't yours.
• Reselling the service, or access to it, without a written agreement with us.

A breach of this section entitles us to suspend your account without prior notice.

Content you upload or create remains yours. You grant us a limited permission to store, process and display it only to operate the service you requested. We claim no ownership of it and we don't sell it.

How data is collected and processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

• Subscriptions are per product — activating one product doesn't activate the others.
• Prices and the billing cycle are shown before you subscribe.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle, and the used portion is not refunded unless the law requires it.

We work to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a core feature you use, we'll let you know reasonably in advance.

You can delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms others. After termination, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, OBT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption). Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction.

If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.
