Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all of your data from Manzuma at any time, in three ways:

  1. Inside Manzuma — Settings → Delete account.
  2. From Facebook — Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → select “Manzuma” → Remove. Facebook sends us an automatic deletion request and we carry it out immediately.
  3. By email — write to develop@obuzt.com and we'll delete your account within 30 days.

What exactly is deleted

  • Your account and your personal data
  • All sign-in sessions
  • All platform connection tokens (Facebook, Instagram, Google) and their saved assets
  • Your membership in businesses

Security logs (sign-in time and IP address) are kept for up to 90 days for protection, and then erased.
